Photography and Social Media

During Saddle & Padel trips, we may take photographs and videos to capture the experience.

we may use photographs or videos in which you are identifiable for Saddle & Padel’s:

• Website and social media accounts 
• Email newsletters 
• Printed brochures and promotional material 
• Online advertising and future trip promotions 

It is entirely optional and will not affect your booking or participation in the trip. No payment will be made for the use of photographs or videos.

Images published online may be viewed worldwide and could be copied or shared by other people outside Saddle & Padel’s control.

You may withdraw your permission at any time by contacting Saddle & Padel. We will stop using your image in new material and, where reasonably possible, remove it from channels we control. 

Withdrawal will not affect material already published or shared before your request.

We will retain approved photographs and videos for up to five years unless you withdraw your permission sooner.
