Terms and Conditions

1. Your Contract

When you book with Saddle and Padel ltd, you are entering into a contract with us.
By paying a deposit or confirming a booking, you accept these booking conditions.

2. Payment

A deposit of 30 % is required to confirm your booking.
The balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.
If full payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit.

3. Price & Surcharges

Prices are in Pound Sterling and are per person with 2 people sharing and include taxes where applicable.
We reserve the right to increase or decrease prices due to changes in exchange rates, government taxes, or supplier costs.
Once you have paid the balance in full, your price will not change.

4. Cancellations by You

If you cancel:
- More than 10 weeks before departure → deposit is non-refundable.
- Within 6 weeks of departure → 100 % of holiday cost is non-refundable.
Cancellations must be in writing.

5. Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel your holiday if unavoidable circumstances occur (e.g. insufficient bookings, extreme weather, or safety concerns).
In this case, you may choose either:
- A full refund, or
- An alternative holiday of equal value (if available).

6. Insurance

It is a condition of booking that you have adequate travel insurance, including cover for:
- Medical treatment
- Personal accident
- Cancellation and curtailment
- Activity-specific risks (e.g. climbing, kayaking, skiing, etc.)

7. Health & Fitness

Some activities require a reasonable level of fitness.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit to participate.
We may refuse participation if, in our opinion, you are unfit or it would endanger your safety or that of others.

8. Risk Acknowledgement

Participation in adventure and activity holidays carries inherent risks.
By booking, you acknowledge these risks and accept that accidents may occur even with proper care.
We require you to follow all safety instructions given by our staff or partners.

9. Liability

We are not liable for injuries, losses, or expenses resulting from:
- Your own negligence or failure to follow safety instructions
- Actions of third-party providers outside our control
- Unforeseeable events (force majeure) such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions
Our liability in all cases is limited to the price of your holiday.

10. Complaints

If you have a complaint during your holiday, you must notify our representative immediately so we can try to resolve the issue.
If not resolved, complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days of your return.

11. Governing Law

These booking conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes shall be dealt with in the courts of that jurisdiction.
